We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your Second Wind knee brace. Unfortunately, returns outside this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Return:
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The product must be in its original condition: unopened, unused, unwashed, and unworn.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
Valid Reasons for Return:
Incorrect item received.
Item arrived damaged or defective.
Sizing issues (e.g., brace too loose or too tight).
For any damaged or defective product, please include a clear photo or video showing the issue when contacting our team for validation.
Exchange Policy:
We accept exchanges for sizing issues or incorrect items, subject to stock availability and hygiene standards.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
If your item qualifies for a return or exchange:
Contact our support team at support@secondwindbrace.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
If approved, we will send return instructions including how and where to ship the product.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Note: Shipping costs and optional shipping protection are non-refundable.
Return & Exchange Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return or exchange shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that returned items will be received without it.
